Buffalo Wild Wings - Huntsville

The food is not bad. It 's bar food. It 's even advertised that way, so you know not to put your expectations too high. The service has been pretty good. We like being able to watch the games. It 's odd that a BWW in Texas doesn 't show any bull-riding (PBR) or other rodeo sports... We enjoy the trivia when the games get boring. Decent specials. Here 's the deal: the rewards program is a SCAM. The app doesn 't work half the time. You will not receive points for every visit. We won free wings for a month...nope. They lied. it was a free 6-piece wings and you only have a week to get them. So if you go, don 't expect fine dining. It 's a sports bar. Service is pretty good. Don 't bother with the so-called rewards program or the app. Both are a waste of time and will just tick you off.

Food was awesome. The bullet bourbon wings are great. The staff was great. Only downside was football on most tv's not a big football fan.

I asked double fried wings and extra crispy fries and my husband 's order came as extra crispy mine was cooked regular.Waitress 's answer was I put the order as you asked ,and the manager 's answer was I watched the cook cook it 17 minutes .I am very disappointed with this location. Every time I visit it gets worse

Food is good, nice people but the place seems very unorganized. Had a lot of people waiting up front with no one there for awhile (even with like a 5% occupancy. Some days are good, some days are just like what's going on in here? I'll be back and I'm always updating my reviews.

Always out of Michelob Ultra in the bottle and if they're out of that they're out of the draft cannot seem to do their inventory we usually call to make sure they have some but being the championship game of college football tonight we thought they would be stocked. But again they were not. It's called INVENTORY!
