Taco Bell - Huntington

Service is always friendly for me, my order is sometimes messed up, but they try their best and are always friendly to fix it, the food is great

Went through drive thru. They were busy. Didn't ask me if I wanted sauce. You can't eat a taco without sauce!

The food is generally quite good, but there are significant issues with getting the correct items or ingredients that you order. You can really notice a difference between the day and night shifts. The day staff appears to prioritize customer experience and product quality, while the night shift is hit or miss regarding whether you will receive everything you ordered. When you try to address mistakes, the staff often seems a bit dismissive. Unfortunately, for those working late nights, this restaurant is one of the few options available for late-night dining.

In my experience with Taco Bell, I found the food to be quite satisfying. The dishes actually resembled the photos on the menu, unlike in many other places where they often appear haphazardly assembled. Furthermore, everything tasted fresh, as if it were made to order. It's refreshing to encounter someone who takes pride in their work.

The ordering process was quick, and the staff at the window were courteous. The food was decent, but my only complaint is that the drive-thru should be widened. This would allow standard-sized pickup trucks to stay in their vehicles without having to unlock and exit the cab.
