Prime: An American Kitchen Huntington Ny

We usually rate this restaurant between 4 and 5 stars, as we often dine at Tellers nearby. This visit was for a special occasion—celebrating a birthday and two years of sobriety. As a thoughtful gesture, my companion brought a bottle of non-alcoholic wine, which many restaurants still don't offer. However, we were disappointed to find out they charged a $40 corkage fee just to open a $22 bottle and pour a few glasses. Overall, this experience was not what we expected.

Always a great place. Only thing I didnt enjoy: I brought my cousin here for his 23rd bday and he's never been to Prime before. He needed more time to order, so the waiter brought out my sushi first, and then he brought out my cousin's order. But nonetheless everything was amazing. Food was delicious.

I had a wonderful experience at Prime! The food was fresh and delicious, and the highlight was definitely the service. Our waiter, Bist, was knowledgeable and attentive from start to finish!

I hosted a surprise birthday party at Prime Banquet, and the team and servers were amazing! The birthday girl had a wonderful time, and we created some fantastic memories. Everything went off without a hitch, thanks to great communication. We designed a custom menu and enjoyed a lovely table by the window, accommodating seven guests. They even prepared two takeaway bags for guests who couldn't attend at the last minute. I highly recommend Prime for lunch, dinner, and party planning. By the way, this was my second party hosted at Prime, and I'm certain I'll be hosting more in the future. Thank you!

My husband treated me to dinner there for my birthday. It is apparently a popular site for that occasion since three of the parties surrounding our table were also celebrating birthdays. Our server Brian was extremely gracious, attentive to the point of inquiring how we were enjoying our selections but did not hover over us as we dined. The others who brought us our plates and bused the table were also very polite and professional.
