The food is extremely overpriced! Even if there’s only one car in the parking lot, it still takes them 30 minutes to prepare just four chicken strips. It honestly feels like they cook them one at a time! The management really needs to improve their operations. This experience was absolutely ridiculous. I received my order exactly as requested, and it was hot when I picked it up. The service was excellent. For my meal, I had dinner for takeout, and it cost around $10–20 per person. I would rate the food a solid 4, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4 as well. I highly recommend trying the fries and the Buster Bar!

I had the worst service at this restaurant. It took over an hour for my food to arrive, and they kept bringing my order in bits and pieces. They never apologized and kept saying they had to start cooking the fries or put the chicken on, even 30 minutes after I placed my order! This was the slowest service I've ever experienced at a Dairy Queen. They really need better management or to hire staff who can actually do their jobs. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
