The quality of their soft serve has gone way up in the past year(ish). It?s cold, flavorful, and creamy.
I love Carvel so I gave it 5 stars. The employee has messed up order past 2 times I was there. I am telling what I want and he starts filling Ice cream and doesn?t listen. It?s annoying.
