Migueleno Latin Fusion

One of the worst Hispanic places I have ever tried. We got a 36.99 combination plate and we had one bite and it tasted dry and old. We took it back, hadn't even eaten 3/4 of it and they refused to take it off our bill. No customer service whatsoever. Absolutely terrible.

Food is good a bit on the pricey side but I would recommend they sell Salvadorian food as well as some Mexican dishes

If I could give them zero stars I would! Let me start off by saying the positives which are the food is really good! Every time I order from this restaurant I am not disappointed! My family frequently orders catered food for parties from this establishment. The service is horrendous! I went in to pick up food my mom ordered 20 minutes prior and was not even greeted by the staff, who clearly saw me, when I got there. After six minutes of waiting, a gentleman was behind the counter said Someone will be with you meanwhile he continued talking to two other customers at the bar. I stood there for another three minutes waiting until a lady came to ask if I was being helped and I said no I 've been waiting for someone to assist me so I can pick up my order and looked over at the man. She asked for my name and then left. She came back and gave me the total so I gave her my card. She then gave me the receipt with my card and left again. I grabbed my bag and checked to make sure all the food was there and left. I completely understand if you are busy but the restaurant was not busy whatsoever. The communication and service here is subpar to say the least. The man could have simply asked for my name, given me an update regarding my food and continued with his conversation, however this was not the case. Additionally the woman could have tried to communicate with me regarding my order. Definitely not picking up every again!

I ordered a chicken soup and a can of ginger ale. The chicken was completely undercooked—rubbery and raw—and it was honestly the worst chicken I've ever tasted. They charged me $23 for the meal, but if you check the menu online, the chicken soup is listed at $13. So that means a $10 can of soda? I won’t be returning.
