Thai Pepper - Huntington Beach

Very disappointed in the taste of the food. We ordered Pad See Ew, Pad Thai, Fried Wontons, and Tom Yum Soup.Tom Yum Soup and Wontons were the only thing edible. Good flavor on the soup, wontons had very little meat but were crispy and fresh.The main dishes however were inedible. They smelled and tasted like literal cat food. Pad thai we tried jazzing it up with some lime but ultimately gave to our dogs, the shrimp tasted dried and old and the flavor was not good. Pad See Ew was even worse, it was so off-putting we just immediately gave to our dogs the flavor was NASTY, I'm not sure how they maintain such high ratings based off the meal we had. $68 poorly spent. There are plenty of other local thai food spots with much better food and pricing. Will not be returning!

Good food, just food to-go place, I wished this is a regular restaurant to cater for dinner.

The long-time-in-business review had us going here. It was delicious and we would totally order again! The gentleman was willing to let us custom order which was awesome!This is a mostly take-out venue with three small tables so you clearly don't go for the atmosphere but for great food with a long history of community presence.

Finally tried Thai Pepper tonight! We ordered pickup and brought it home- egg rolls, chicken pad Thai, and veg fried rice.Dinner for 2 was perfect, we ordered alacart and the portions were big.Will definitely be back, I loved the sauce for the egg rolls!

Huge fan of Thai pepper and a regular 2-3 times per month choice for us.If you’re in the mood for Thai or even Chinese style food, this place does it right. Massive portions of delicious bbq pork, orange chicken that rivals and beats good ‘ole Panda Express, amazing and flavorful fried rice, fresh spring rolls, crispy wontons, a to die for eggplant dish and more. The only item I’ve been disappointed by here is the chow mein, the noodles were more along the lines of a thin ramen noodle and not a typical chow mein lo mein noodle but that’s still not enough to take them down for a 5 5. Friendly service, decent prices and massive portions make Thai Pepper one of the best choices for a take out night in.
