Silk Thai Cuisine - Huntington Beach

My new favorite Thai place in HB. Everything was fresh and delicious. I started with a Thai tea, a drink I often get, and I must say that they were not disappointed. Not shown, but we also had to start Calamari. It has a Thai turn, the portion is plentiful, and the pieces were a solid size. It is not the small little hairstring Calamari you get in some places. The main courts were both amazing. The pad Thai with shrimp was fresh and the sauce was perfect amount of taste. I went for a 6/10 on heat and I think that was perfect for me, someone who likes some warmth, but also ability to taste the food. The curry dish we had was with Mock chicken, and I must say it wasn't bad for an alternative. Finally, the mango with sweet rice was exactly what we needed to catch the taste. If you've never had mango with sweet rice, it's a must as long as here.

This thai restaurant is a gem. Every dish is so delicious! The pumpkin chicken curry is an unique option. Papaya salad and pad thai are always good here. It's hard to find a good thai restaurant in orange county. I recommend this place if you're looking for authentic thai cuisine. Small place but they do take reservation.

Found this thai restaurant yesterday by accident. Super amazing food. Each plate is full of flavor. So happy to discover this restaurant! Will definitely be coming back with family members. I tried tom yum, pad thai, papaya salad and whole fish w ginger and mushrooms,

It's Monday night and holiday weekend but we were looking for a dinner spot for 5. Already 7pm, so everywhere was guaranteed to have a wait. We called Silk Thai and asked for the approx wait time. They said none at the moment because 2 parties of 5 is getting ready leaving and asked if we wanted to make a resv to make sure we won't have to. We left right away and got there 15 mins later. It was packed but no wait for us. Each dish can be customized on a scale of 1-10 spice level. I can take spice like a champ and got 5. You can taste the spiciness but it wasn’t crazy to the point it overpowered the taste. We ordered so much food but each one was exceptional!! Thai tea, Papaya salad, Pad Thai w/ shrimp, Pad See Eew w/ chicken, drunken noodles w/ chicken and chicken satay! It’s pointless for me to go into whats in the dishes because the menu has a better explanation of it.. but Pad See Eew was probably my favorite of all.. highly recommend!! The spices on the table were great too. The dried flake seasoning looking one and the paste was a good combo. Maybe I just have an appetite of a starving dinosaur but the portions we’re on a little on the smaller side. But the service was great, food was delicious, food came out quick, will come back again for sure.

This is our favorite Thai restaurant in Huntington Beach!!! The chicken crispy rice is transcendently delicious. The staff is always polite and the Dining room always clean 5 big stars for these guys. If you like Thai food you gotta try Silk Thai!!!
