Charo Chicken - Huntington Beach

It is way better than pollo locco!!! Probably the best in orange county. The chicken pieces was fresh, and the spicy sauce they had on the chicken was really tasty.

The Charo Chicken in Huntington Beach is efficient and friendly. The lemon butter sauce on the chicken is delicious, and I love their cilantro dressing on their fresh salads! We usually get take-out.

I ordered Charo Chicken today. They never go wrong with their flavoring for everything. The lemon garlic has such a good taste. It makes me want to keep coming back. The service from the people, it never goes wrong. No attitude and when I ask for something I always get it. The location also seems to be clean every time I go. I've even gone when people are cleaning the tables and sweeping the floor. I even like the fact of them getting an update to their containers. There was a time I feel like they had styrofoam containers for the rice and beans. And now they're plastic.

Omg the lemon garlic chicken was sooooooooo dang good I mean blew my mind!! I only heard of this place with a door hanger on my home but the food looked good enough to try and I'm so glad we did!! Even the side dishes of rice and beans were great!! Will definitely be back again!!Food: 5/5

Some swear this is the best chicken. I was not impressed. The breast was very hard to chew. The rest of the chicken in a 4 piece was not as difficult but did not compare to El Pollo Loco or even KFC or Popeye’s, although those last two are probably not in the same category. Even a Costco rotisserie chicken would be better- some people may like this chicken because it’s all they’ve ever known. Even chicken maisón is a better bite.
