Bubba Sweets - Huntington Beach

Beautiful, delicious cakes and cupcakes. The owner is amazing with her skills of artistry, flavors for the cakes and cupcakes. They are so delicious they sometimes sell out and need to close earlier than the sign says. Need to get there early for the best selection. A must stop when I go to CA

I cannot rave about Bubba Sweets more than I already have to all of my friends. I would love to post a photo but the cupcakes were so good that I ate them up before catching that perfect instagram moment!For myself HB is quite a drive but always worth when I want a sweet treat(especially being pregnant) Then I found out they do custom cake orders!!!!! Cannot wait to order all my future babies cakes from here! Also need to mention the cleanliness of the place I am very weary these days of where I step into but Bubba Sweets left me feeling safe and satisfied!

Stay away!!! I ordered a custom cake and as you can tell, it didn’t go so well (I posted a picture under photos). At first i wasn’t ready to sever ties because I’ve been going to them for a while and didn’t think that was necessary. Being left disappointed I reached out to bubba sweets to inform them of the situation with the cake and me being unhappy and to maybe set a different expectation to their customers who order custom cakes. The owner, jessarae, responded to me and claimed the cake isn’t “that far off” . Then proceeded to blame me because I don’t understand the “art form” and her bakery “does not and have never offered to make exact copies of someone else’s cake” when no where does it say that as a disclaimer or was I told that when I placed my order. And despite her agreeing that I should have been better informed when I placed my order I am still the one to blame. After this experience and this level of unpleasantry and unprofessionalism from the owner I will never be returning and I hope you save yourselves the trouble

Blueberry cheesecake cupcakes and really friendly service to go with them! Will definitely return!

My favorite bakers in Orange County! They are never disappointed and go beyond and beyond. You made a nice cake for my boys.
