Baskin-robbins - Huntington Beach

I’m surprised. When did Baskin Robbins become so pricey? I don’t remember ice cream costing this much. That said, they do offer 31 flavors along with other options. I tried the strawberry banana smoothie, which was excellent, though it came at a high price. The staff at this location were really friendly too.

I visited this place on my birthday to claim my free kid’s scoop of ice cream. I waited in line for over 10 minutes with around ten people ahead of me. It was hot inside, and there was no air conditioning. The new employee, who was on her second day, didn’t know how to process my email coupon when I showed it to her. She said she wasn’t sure how to redeem it. I suggested she simply use the scanner. Unfortunately, she used a different register and couldn’t figure it out. When I asked her to do something about it, she called someone—probably the manager—who informed her that the machine was down and they couldn’t help me. By that time, the ice cream had already been scooped, but there was no solution offered other than asking me to pay. I politely asked her what would happen to the scoop of ice cream, and she said she would have to throw it away or risk getting in trouble for giving it away. I even offered my email address again, but it was to no avail. This experience really put a damper on my day. I ended up going to another Baskin-Robbins location on Brookhurst, where the service was completely different—much better, in fact. I’m sorry, but I won’t be returning to this location. I really wonder why a new employee was left to handle things alone on such a busy night.

Came here two nights in a row and they were closed over an hour earlier than store hours. The second night an employee came to the door to tell us they were closing (before 9:00pm when online says they close at 10:00pm) she was very rude and unhelpful. I could see another worker inside who was already changed and ready to leave for the night. definitely won?t be going back to this location.

This store is pure evil, they charged me $17 for a quart of fresh pack of ice cream. In general their menu has insane prices that?s 2x higher than the rest and is always crowded and employees are overworked. It?s a RIP off store don?t ever go to this location.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this location, particularly with an employee named Stephanie. I've been a loyal customer of Baskin-Robbins for many years, but I've never encountered such difficulty when trying to get ice cream. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location.
