Hartz Chicken Buffet - Humble

Place is run down and the AC is not working so inside is extremely hot and muggy. Other than that the food was good. Please fix the AC.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE the young man (sorry I didn't get his name) is always pleasant and smiling.

The place is really clean and there are so many options to choose from. The salad bar look so amazing and delicious. There service is excellent and their employees are very nice and friend. When I was there I saw them give out foods to people in need which is really kind and generous. Definitely coming back.

I came there the first thing I asked was do they have baked chicken the answer was yes I ordered the food spent $30. I asked for salt pepper and hot sauce I was told I can have salt and pepper but have to pay .50 for hot sauce each. I get home get ready to feed my family and it’s a box full of grease fried chicken. I called to let them know and the response was save the chicken idc if it’s a month later bring the chicken and we will replace it. I now have to go spend money somewhere else to feed my family. That was $30 wasted. Poor customer service get a better staff. I will not be returning period!!!

The food is delicious. The fried fish hit the stop. The rolls were soft, warm and appetizing.
