They NEVER get my order right all I asked for was two crispy breast and long and behold a thigh it’s not complicated ppl I want what I pay for

They are usually out of fresh chicken or don't have enough for the 10$ 8piece Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I live in Durant, Oklahoma, and if you've ever eaten at the KFC here, you'll understand when I say I've had bad experiences. I stopped in here while out of town working. I can honestly say this is by far the best KFC I've eaten at in a long time. First, the restaurant was very clean, even the restrooms. The food was hot and fresh. Anytime I'm in Hugo, and hungry, this will be my stop. Thanks Food: 5

The restaurant needs to order sufficiently. They were out of my first choice. Made an alternate selection and paid. Then was called backup because they didn't have that either. Made a third selection but was not offered a correction/ refund of the difference in the third selection versus the second. Plus the bathrooms were dirty and the restaurant as a whole needs a deep clean. It will be a long time before I consider returning. Service: Dine in
