Maison Trang - Hue

Came here for dinner at our last stay in Hue. Beautiful family business and I would highly recommend to support especially during the post pandemic times. The Bun Bo Hue is so tasteful, but light, definitely a good choice even for dinner. Can't resist ordering the grilled eggplant. Yummy and really good service!

Good food and the price is very affordable. Service is too. Serve with welcome drink and end with fruit dessert. Lady boss very friendly. The location not too difficult to find with the help of google map.

A excellent place for trying Hue food right in the heart of Hue city center. Ms Trang met me in person and recommended her restaurant’ signatures. No doubt that she is a super friendly and hospitable woman. Spend more time talking with her, she will share some tips during your stay in Hue. Highly recommend!

Authentic Vietnamese Food and friendly lady boss who speaks fluent English. She also offered free welcome drink and tea! Will come again!

I’ve been in Vietnam for almost 3 weeks now and this has been by far the best food I had so far. I had the first big menu so I got to try lots of different things and could even replace some pork dishes with vegetarian options. The eggplants were absolutely incredible. Service was fantastic and super friendly. Plus I absolutely cannot believe how cheap this was.
