フィードバックを提供するWhile they have made some significant improvements and added new items to the menu, we were distracted by a child running around the restaurant, which made it difficult for patrons to enjoy their meals or work peacefully. The overall atmosphere was quite chaotic, and it left us feeling less than satisfied with our visit.
While they have made some impressive improvements to the restaurant and updated the menu, the atmosphere was still quite hectic. A child was running around the place, making it difficult for diners to enjoy their meals or for staff to work efficiently. Overall, it was a challenging experience with a lot of distractions.
I noticed on Facebook that someone I recognized was no longer working there, and it turned out to be the same person with the inappropriate comments. Despite that, we decided to give it another chance tonight. The service was exceptional, the food was fantastic, and the prices were reasonable. I usually like to give places a second chance. This time, it was refreshing that my 8-year-old didn’t have to hear the other conversations or learn about issues that shouldn’t be discussed in front of a child. That was a significant improvement. On a positive note, I enjoyed our visit tonight, so I recommend being mindful of the conversations happening around you.
Mario and ashley the owners have created a wonderful environment for all in hudson to enjoy a great culinary experience. ashley is just amazing and goes the extra mile! great job boy!
We were here on 11/16/19. Let me just start by saying that Ashley was not there. When we went in they were a little busy. There was a table with 8 people that had not got their food yet. We got seated and the waitress took out drink order in a timely manner. While she was taking our food order, she told us that it would be a few minutes. She checked on us several times and assured us that our food was coming. While waiting for our food 3 other tables were seated and got their food before we got ours. The waitress tried to explain to us that the other tickets got put in front of ours. After waiting for an hour we spoke to the person in charge . He assured us that he would take care of us . An hour and 15 minutes later we got our food. Well, everybody except me (lasagna); 10 minutes later I got mine, without bread, of course. When we went to pay, a different waitress explained that it was common practice for tickets to get switched around . She then gave us a 10% discount. $1.70 REALLY? FOR AN HOUR A HALF. We were not ugly to anyone there and left the waitress a $7 tip. When we told them (very nicely) that we would not be back, they were not phased at all. So Ashley, I don 't know what is going on over there or why you have so much turn over (never see the same waitress twice) but something needs to change. Yes the new décor looks so much better cleaner but, to my way of thinking something needs to change with management.
