Dunkin' - Hudson

I live less than half a mile from this Dunkin. I have worked fast food, several times in my life. This is hands down the most poorly operated Dunkin Donuts I have ever had the supreme displeasure to patronize.Whether it's ordering from the drive thru, or especially through the app, they never pass up an opportunity to make an error on an order. They never seem to have the items that they're advertising as available. They fail to make even the simplest orders correctly. There's no pre-check before it goes to the window. And if it's a mobile order pickup, they just hand it out and close the window. The weekends are especially the worst.I have tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but I'll just go to the one 2 miles away instead. I'd rather spend the gas to ensure my order is accurate and I don't have to deal with inept people who don't treat the food they make with the same respect they would their own.

Great place to get a cup of joe on the run and a breakfast sandwich as well!

To say the staff was argumentative would be an understatement. While they were fixing the issue, they spoke loudly to each other about me so that I could hear their comments. When I took the bag, I expressed that I had never been treated or spoken about like that in this restaurant and suggested they could benefit from a little kindness, as it really goes a long way. In response, one of the employees told me to stop being a "Karen." Clearly, customer service and basic manners are not their strong points. I won't be returning.

I ordered Dunkin' this morning, and they first forgot two of our food items. To make matters worse, the worker seemed like they were either hungover or under the influence. When we finally received our food, the avocado toast wasn’t even toasted! The service was really disappointing!

This location is truly disappointing. The coffee is consistently burnt, the staff are often unfriendly, and you can expect to wait at least 20 minutes in the drive-thru, regardless of whether there's a line or not.
