Dunkin' - Hudson

I have no idea what is going on at this Dunkin donuts this coffee tastes different every time you order no consistency staff is not accommodating they ignore you sometimes have to wait up to 10-15 minutes for a cup of coffee

So today I went to this Dunkin 52 and a little road so there's no confusion's just in case . Every time I go there it is something. Whether someone feels like charging for swirls today or picking and choosing who they want to charge. My coffee is never right and it's definitely an easy one, 7 caramel three cream in a refill cup. They never do what you ask them to do . Then on top of that 2 cups of refill iced coffee cost me over nine dollars because of the charging for swirls . It is getting pretty ridiculous. No one wants to pay $10 for 2 cups of refills because they want extra flavoring. The whole time I ever worked for Dunkin it was said that if you have refill cups, you get two free donuts, certain Dunkins, well today I had one Dunkin and one sunflower, and I wasn't able to get my doughnut because of that. Not only is it just an inconvenience they're always rude and talk to people how they think they're allowed to talk to them . A business drives off of their customers. That's how you get paid. If you don't care about your customers, and you talk to them like trash, you will lose business. I've been working for Dunkin in an hour since I was 16 years old. Are used to love working for Dunkin' Donuts but the way Dunkin is running now completely unprofessional. Half the people that are management qualified to be managers. And half of the managers like to give you a promotion if you're friends with them. That's why I left Dunkin and decided to go to a more reputable company. You're better off going to McDonald's or Circle K to pay a couple dollars for a cuppa coffee instead of a refill that's going to cost you over six bucks. Dunkin really needs to get it together because America is not running off of Dunkin no more I'm making my coffee at home. I have a family of 6+ my mother-in-law that goes to Dunkin every single day and they're losing all seven of us. When you buy Dunkin every day for years straight, you're definitely spending money. But I'm done with that. I'd rather be my own coffee maker and wish myself a nice day the right way.

I very rarely leave bad reviews but I can 't with this store. I have had zero good experiences here despite multiple chances. One of the times I ordered a Carmel craze latte with almond milk instead whole milk only to repeat the order 3 times (that 's okay I don 't mind) but I kid you not these people made me almond milk with whole milk and with caramel AND a cherry on the top a small whatever they gave me was more expensive than my coffee. Who knows. regardless tonight again we ordered a mobile order so there would be no confusion 15 minutes before we got there and it wasn 't done. store totally empty no one in the drive thru and my coffee wasn 't even started. My husband went in and asked and he literally said Oh the tickets right here!! It 'll be a couple minutes. No apology, nothing. I 'm done, Ill be going out of my way to better run Dunkins.

I would give this place zero stars if it were an option. The system failed to recognize my coupon, and they refused to offer any kind of refund or compensation. I suggested they keep the drink, but they claimed there was no manager available and that there was nothing they could do. Ultimately, I took the drink, but it was undrinkable. I requested very light cream, yet what I received was essentially a cup of milk. The service was terrible, staffed by high schoolers who seemed completely lost.

On September 2, 2023, we visited the restaurant with the intention of buying a dozen donuts for our family game night. However, as we were about to place our order, I noticed bugs crawling on the donuts. I brought this to the attention of the employee taking our order, but she simply shrugged it off. Naturally, we chose not to order any donuts. I sincerely hope the health department conducts an inspection soon, as this is unacceptable.
