Chipotle Mexican Grill - Huber Heights

I came in 1 hour early and when I’m saying half of the stuff was out I literally mean half . How are you out of all that stuff ? We went in and the workers were rude like they hated to see us even tho we are 1 hour early !

They run out of major ingredients that most folks would order. Shreded cheese is something everyone is going to order, how do you not have enough? I got a bag of large chips with only the bottom of the bag covered with chips. A fifth of the bag when ots at least two thirds of the bag. This is also my second time getting stale chips at this location. They didn 't bother to update the app to let me know my food had been ready.

Worth service they always giving wrong orders to wrong people!!!!!!!!! Every time I do online order something wrong with it why? Why can’t u just do it right

Was here at 12:45 today girl making my food dumped some type of salsa on my bowl when I said sour cream, I tried to warn her before she dumped it on the bowl. Asked her if she could remake it and she rolled her eyes and told her coworker she wants it remade super rude like. Proceeds to make my bowl again I tell her both beans she aggressively told me to speak up. As I was cashing out heard her tell the guy next to her she's wanted to punch me in the face. Absolutely unacceptable. My first ever bad review for chipotle.

TERRIBLE!I received an email today about National Burrito Day so I decided to stop into this location while I was in Huber Heights. A big mistake! The wait was crazy. 25+ minutes to get to the front of the line. I saw one person working the line. By the time I got to the front they were out of almost everything. I had to keep suggesting to the staff to replenish their line. It was dirty everywhere. Trash laying all over the restaurant. The line was never wiped off or clean. I even saw the supervisor testing meat and produce temperatures with the same thermometer and wiping them off with a paper towel. The grooming of the staff was horrible. A lot of laughing, horseplaying, and goofing off. I couldn’t even find the cashier when it was time to pay. I waited 4-6 mins for her to appear. My worst experience at a Chipotle. I even told staff that could have been a food critic and they just laughed. I see why I don’t eat at Chipotle anymore. It’s sad!
