I gave it a second chance, this place is below average, I would never come here again. Not only was the food horrible but the staff was rude as can be on several occasions, calling to place an order, coming into the store, and even more so while attempting to pick up for a third party delivery service. Was in fact the right place!!! Order wasn't placed off of my number, and I wouldn't show up as the pick up person because after the staff was SO rude and items weren't ready I canceled orders 3 times that other drivers would be assigned to at that time.
I don't know where to start. Was visiting my brother in law in Jackson and decided to have pizza for dinner. My wife heard about a pizzeria called Pat Ds something or other in Howell so we went.I'm not a fan of Brooklyn's L&B's square pizza, here in NJ they call it an upside-down pizza so they ordered it as an appetizer. When you're born and raised in Bensonhurst Brooklyn you know pizza, this was an Amazing pie. If I didn't order my favorite dish Zuppa De Pesce which was as good as in any restaurant, I would have eaten the rest of the pie. I had to ask before Espresso and the owner Anthony a real nice guy) told me he buys his Mutzz from Leones in Brooklyn, his Pasta from Queen Ann on 18th Ave and his meat from Whole Foods. When you use top quality products and top of the line ingredients it makes a big difference. He had a distributor who told him this is Howell NJ why spend money on quality, He dumped him. I live in Old Brige or I'd be there every Friday.
Fresh, crispy and delicious!Their dinners are quite large . Love the tomato sauce!
Asked for a well done pizza it wasn't even close. Undercooked bottom of the pie . 1st time I ordered from here not sure if there will be a repeat order
Stopped to get a quick -less than mediocre sub-at jersey mikes, but luckily there was a line and I walked into Pat d's next door. Went in for a slice walked out with a pounded thin grilled chicken on focaccia with roasted red peppers mozz arugula balsamic glaze on focaccia. The meat was juicy the focaccia and mozzarella must have been fresh made the roasted peppers sweet ! Heaven! Ty to the jersey boys for working so slow. This sandwich was soooo good. With this and a slice of grandma pie which was also very good came out to $15 and change. Totally worth it. And you saved me from a $15 half sub that is mediocre at best. Sandwich was big enough for two to share. I'll eat the leftovers for dinner. Shout out to the pretty girl taking my order. Very sweet and kind. I'll be back.
