Ihop - Howell

I ordered the Build your Own Omelette and it came out just the way I wanted. The pancakes were cooked perfectly as well.

I ordered the Split Decision Breakfast and enjoyed the delicious chocolate chip pancakes. However, the French Toast was a letdown. One piece of toast was only partially covered with batter, and there was no powdered sugar or butter provided. Despite being hungry, I wouldn't order the French toast again. On the bright side, the eggs and turkey bacon were tasty.

Food was cold. not even fully cooked. cheese in omelet wasn't even melted

I ordered a breakfast plate that was served cold with no lids on the salsa and sour cream. Unfortunately, I was unable to eat the food.

We order all the time it is usually fine. This time I ordered a waffle combo like always but the waffle came on top of the eggs when it is usually separated. The waffle was all soggy and the cheese on the eggs was sour (spoiled). It was all over the entire meal because it was packaged together. The whole thing was inedible.
