Baskin-robbins - Howell

The staff at the Howell Store are incredibly friendly. I really love their Cappuccino Blast because they prepare it just the way I like it, without piling on the whipped cream like some other places do. It's usually a great choice!

I was pleasantly surprised to find vegan cookie dough ice cream on the menu, so I decided to have it as a milkshake, and it was absolutely delicious! My only issue was that the staff member initially insisted she couldn’t substitute almond milk for regular milk due to allergy concerns. After a brief moment of confusion, she finally agreed, but the man seemed quite unfriendly about it. I wonder what kind of training managers provide here?

Baskin Robbins always has amazing ice cream! I really appreciate how they offer pumpkin donuts alongside their treats. It’s wonderful to enjoy desserts and coffee in one place! I love going there to relax on my laptop with a cup of coffee and some ice cream. I highly recommend checking it out!

This loco has very great customer service, the lady who helped us with the Bday cake of my son, took her time and went the extra mile to decorate his Bday cake. My son was thrilled.
