The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly, and the food is delicious. I really enjoy dining here!

Unfortunately, I have to say that I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The wing tips were not enjoyable, as they were either too fatty or too dry. I'm not sure if it was just the way they were prepared at this particular place, but I think I'll stick to Buffalo Wild Wings in the future.

The reviewer did not enjoy the fries at all, finding them too soft and tasting bitter. They also noted rude and slow service, as well as an insufficient drink selection with many popular options missing on weekend afternoons.

Super disappointed in the entire wing stop franchise. I stopped coming to this location because they could never fry my wings well done! Came to the location on kirkwood, ordered online. I got a 10 piece combo well done flats only. When I got there my wings were done and I told the guy they can't be well done if they're already done. I had just placed my order online less than 10 minutes to getting there. Well done takes at lease 22 min. The guy cooking said they were well done but when he showed me they were not! He said I can cook th over! What's the point in ordering online and your order is not correct and you have to wait to get them recooked. This is the last time wing stop will ever get my money!!
