Wendy's - Houston

Stopped by the drive-thru for a snack before a movie. Got the 4 for $4 meal with a Classic Double; this deal is a good value and I like it a lot. Food tasted good and was up to Wendy's usual standard. Service was fast and friendly. It was raining hard when I was ordering, so it would be nice if there were a covering over the drive-thru speaker.

I rated this place four stars because the burgers don't have quite the same flavor as some others I've tried. The service is quite good, and I have no complaints in that regard, but there's just something lacking in the taste of the burgers.

Unfortunately for them, their system crashed just as I arrived. However, the staff handled the situation incredibly well and encouraged everyone to place mobile orders. I pulled up just as a rush began, and before I knew it, there were 12 cars in the parking line. Despite the chaos, they managed everything wonderfully. I received my food in the promised 15 minutes.

I had a wonderful experience at this Wendy’s, thanks to the friendly and professional staff. Although I didn't catch both names, Eric and the woman at the second window truly made my visit enjoyable. A big thank you to the team working on May 17, 2022, at 9:53 AM!
