Waffle House - Houston

When I came in, some tables were sitting, I had a choice of three tables. Did not notice that only one person works. I think his name was Chuong. This guy's great at his job. I didn't have to wait long to order or get my meal and it was phenomenal. He definitely knows what he's doing and I'm glad I drove past me the next time, because they can't even compare Chuong's service.

The food was delicious for some strange reason. My Texas Bacon egg and chesse on toast was perfect. Look like they have 2 new cooks which I like. I believe one was named Walter and the other one dont know but they work well together. The only thing is that who ever own the establishment needs to invest in shredded cheese and not the square cheese the Bowls would taste so much better.

Great service, homely inviting coffee atmosphere and delicious breakfast food to boot! A great time visiting this waffle house that my wife had been to many years ago! We had the sausage grits bowl and she had the chocolate chip waffles and it was fantastic good coffee and simple, great food.

Update: New motto for WH- No fcks given. The food quality has dropped considerably. We just got served a soggy burnt biscuit they tried hiding with cheese. Super soggy waffle with the chocolate chips just thrown on top. I'm still in awe- how can you have a soggy burnt biscuit? And then serve it? Parking: It sucks. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast
