They always push for tips , but hey always forget to give receipts . Tips are not mandatory.

Ask for refill of coffee this girl with an attitude right away charge me and started showing me sizes of cup I said ma'am refill in this cup got upset right away and do u have Starbucks apps I said ma'am what a rile of coffee has to do with the app she showed me such an attitude and made face. I said let me speak to the manager probably this woman didn't like the color of me after three minutes and the manager came in instead of solving the problem she is saying that she was just trying to show you the size, but in fact she was already upset from the beginning to me. I feel I was disrespected I was not treated right somebody from the Starbucks should take an action or they will end up losing the customers

I paid for a hot coffee, but 80%inside is milk, I go back to the counter ask for new cup they gave me only half of the cup Starbuck now is being cheap or the employee is give you how you look at the counter Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1

There is an employee named Chris and he is very good at his job. I'm sure when he finishes school or whatever he will no longer work at Starbucks but I'm glad he's there for now! They have other employees that are great they always get my drink right and I use the app and it's usually ready by the time I walk in so I can grab it off the counter like some kind of first class Elite customer!
