We went to the standard last night for our time in town and after we left we saw a man of about 270 pounds in a white print button up hit a woman less than 200 pounds in the street as security watched and did nothing. They do not care about safety for women. That could be any of us.
Phones got stolen right away. The security guards will discriminate you. Over loud noises passing the quiet hours, the light strobes are really hurting the eyes and how is this legal? This club is very disturbing of their service and the neighborhood, gunshots are very frequent in this place too. Police is here every night. Windows and cars are frequently break into. What is Houston law doing?! And look at all these fake reviews...
Went to this bar a few weeks ago and it was packed to the BRIM! The entrance fee is $20 and we got a section with two bottles. We couldn't enter until the full party was there which is dumb considering not all friends arrive at the same time and again we bought a section. The music was good but what's the point of having good music if you are shoulder to shoulder with strangers on the floor. So you end up having to dance in your seat. It took 35 minutes to go to the women's restroom and you can't go to the men's restroom if you really have to go because they won't let you in. There were 3 stalls open for the 300 or more people that were there. The 3rd roof floor was closed. This was the first time going and probably one of my last. Someone ordered food and it did come more quickly than we expected, about 20 minutes. This was at 12:30 am. We ended up running out of juice for the drinks and we had to go buy more ourselves which also took another 30 minutes and the bottle girls never came back the whole night. The bottles girls dropped off the bottles within 20 minutes of being there so at least that.
Cost me over $200 to get my car back because i parked at the other bar across the street and got towed. bar is good though, music is great. be very careful where you park or better to just take an Uber.Parking: parking is limited and expensive, better to take an Uber
Came here with a friend on Sunday. It was not that crowded, however we were seated downstairs and told that they had stopped serving brunch so the server brought us a regular menu. We asked for a drink menu and was told there was not one. So no way to know the prices. Drinks came out fast, food was slow as hell. I ordered oxtails and rice, it was decent. My friend got the wings and fries, the chicken was not that good. It was fried well but tasted weird. Oh and apparently they don't offer WATER, you have to buy a bottle of Fiji water. We ordered a hookah too, and they were pretty good about tending to the coals. But the service left a lot to be desired. Trying to get the check took well over 20 mins, we asked 3 diff people for it. Now there is a review talking about pricing and they are not wrong. They don't print a receipt for you to even see what they are charging ok. None of it made sense and when we asked to see a receipt the server got an attitude and said she would be back and literally never came back. It had started to get busy in there so there was no one around that could help. Listen we really want to support minority owned businesses but when you treat ppl like this, it makes it very easy to go someplace else. I would never come back here based off of this experience alone. You can't just slap some girls in a bathing suit and call them servers. Do better.
