フィードバックを提供するThis was not our first visit; we are season ticket holders and frequently visit during games. Unfortunately, the service was a different story. I had written about our concerns before, and on this occasion, it took about 20 minutes for a server to come to our table. I had to ask several staff members whether there was a server assigned to us, since it was a buffet-style restaurant. We really needed someone to at least take our drink orders. Waiting for our drinks took forever, causing us to miss the first quarter of the game. The previous times we visited the red and white restaurant, it was fantastic, but it seems the service has declined. It feels like they are trying to cut casual service, but at the expense of customer satisfaction.
However, I didn't expect to feel stopped, scrutinized, and interrogated upon arrival. Although the new lounge setup is appealing, the logistics for accessing both areas are not inviting at all. It's also clear that many people would prefer to have a reservation or ticket to enter the lounge, but if there’s space available, why not sell those spots? This could enhance the customer experience and generate more revenue, particularly given the Rockets' current performance. Just a thought.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was inviting, and the decor was stylish. The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. The manager, who I wish I had caught the name of, made a special effort to check in on us despite the busy crowd. He really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great visit. I can't wait to return for my next Rockets game!
I've been feeding in sssc for several years, in the red and white bistro. I've been five times in this season. it was a crisp start, but the experience has improved every time. the last thurs were the best. they are organized a little more on the hostess stand (the bracelets are a puzzle, though,) that eating was delicious, especially the chili and harolds special queso. harold, btw, is a precious stone and could not be hospitable and helpful. I will never get why the R/W had to change, especially because the club area is always practically empty. Maybe we can get it back after this season?
Outstanding! The entire family enjoyed the food. There was something for everyone. The ambiance was excellent, we felt the excitement of the game and the relaxed atmosphere of a restaurant. It was so good that my kids wanted to return to the restaurant after we got to out seats. Excellent staff, service and atmosphere.
