I made this reservation 2 weeks before the event. 1 day before the event they called me and left a voicemail saying that they do not accept OpenTable reservations…then they offered me desert for my trouble. The unprofessionalism makes me sad. At least they told me before I showed up there hungry.
Long story short i won’t be back the best things were the Drinks. They are unorganized proceeded to tell me that they don’t use open table so they couldn’t honor my reservation but you are listed here and still accepting reservation after I’d waited a hour we we sat at the bar no Mgr came to apologize or anything until i complained to the hostess…. Food left a lot to be desired and is extremely over priced: cocktails are the best option.
Please do not disregard this review due to its length. It is worth the read if you want the opinion of a couple who make it a priority to support new businesses. My husband and I went for a 6pm dinner. We arrived early and were stopped at the door saying that my husband’s shoes were unacceptable. He was wearing all black leather, discrete shoes with black laces, with slacks and a collared shirt. We considered going elsewhere for dinner, but instead went to a nearby store and bought a pair of loafers. When we returned and gave our name for the reservation, they had no record of us, and asked if we had used OpenTable. They then behaved as if they were doing us a favor by making a table for us, when this has clearly occurred before. We were seated and given one menu to share. Our wine glasses were taken without asking if we planned to have wine, and we were not offered a cocktail menu, though we had planned to have a few drinks. While seated we saw patron after patron enter with athletic shoes, tennis shoes, ripped jeans, jogging pants, sagging jeans, ladies with visible buttocks cheeks and breasts, etc…. Seeing this made us even more frustrated at being turned away for dress code. I am not sure what patron base they are targeting, but based on some of the outfits they found appropriate … I would never bring a business partner, colleague, parent, client, potential client, anyone over the age of 30, or anyone on which I want to make a positive impression. It felt more like the nightclub it replaced, rather than an upscale, intimate steakhouse. You can have upscale, pricey menu items, nice decor, and famous names, but ultimately it is how you treat people and whether you can deliver that matters. We did not have the chance to inform the gentleman at the door who initially turned us away about all the “unacceptable” attire that was allowed in, so I did it here. We also have pictures if needed.
The place was closed. It's not business anymore. So unfortunately I couldn't go
