Randalls - Houston

Angela, the manager, is a nurse. She saved my food when my card didn't work and I had to leave the store to run home to get another.

We have lived in Midtown since Randalls was built, and they treat us like family. They know us by name, and we know them too. Store managers George, Deborah, Robert, Karen, Florentina, John, and Xochitl have been incredibly supportive throughout various moments in our lives. Their response during Hurricane Harvey was truly commendable. We absolutely love our Randalls in Midtown!

I've shopped here many times and have never had a bad experience. There's a wide selection of products, the staff is friendly, the prices are great, and the atmosphere is enjoyable. I recommend getting a Randall's card, as it offers some really good deals on various items in the store. They frequently have great buy-one-get-one-free promotions on meat (sometimes even buy two, get one free), and I often make a special trip just for those meat deals. I definitely recommend this place for grocery shopping. The parking lot is a bit small and narrow, but overall, my experiences here have always been pleasant.

The location is very convenient to where I reside. The store is very spacious on the inside. The prices are fairly reasonable. There is no wait in the checkout line. They even have a self checkout if you would like to check your own groceries out. The atmosphere is clear clean of debris in the parking lot area. Customer Service is friendly. The cashier greets you with a warm welcoming.
