Updated Review: The sandwiches remain delicious, but the customer service needs improvement. The new staff is slow and tends to overlook instructions. Additionally, online orders aren’t organized in the pickup area. That said, it's still better than Subway. They also have an app with a rewards system similar to Chick-fil-A's.

This was my first visit to Potbelly, and we were tempted by their sandwich day promotion. I'm so glad we stopped by! The sandwiches were delicious, and I can't wait to return.

Potbelly is a true treasure when it comes to sandwich restaurants. Their sandwiches are exceptional, offering a diverse selection that caters to every taste. I've always been pleased with their delicious flavor combinations and ample portions. The inviting ambiance and warm, welcoming staff make it an ideal place for a quick, enjoyable meal. Plus, they have a wonderful outdoor dining space.
