フィードバックを提供するHey, I recently complained about the food, the smelling table napkins, etc. He waited about 90 days back and was very surprised. I thought it was a joke, I went back to my birthday June 17 and everything was still brilliant. The napkins were clean, the food was delicious and hot. It was no rush hour with any means, but everything was still fresh and ingenious. WRITE REVIEWS! Talk to the manager and or call the owner if you spend your money and do not receive positive results complain. If it is honest and the companies appreciate you, they will listen and they will make changes.... Los Luby!
Our family has been enjoying this restaurant for about 45 years, and it just keeps getting better! The recent addition of new carpeting has really freshened up the atmosphere. The dining room is delightful, with floor-to-ceiling glass walls offering lovely views of the sky and surrounding trees. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is consistently excellent. We particularly love the turkey and dressing, both fried and baked fish, and we've recently discovered the pork roast, which is fantastic. The salads and vegetables are also very tasty. We also find the new food displays in the lobby area quite interesting. One of our favorite features is the To-Go cups—they're fantastic and can keep your drink ice cold all night long. You should definitely give this place another try. It’s a truly enjoyable experience and a great value!
The food was excellent, although the cashier wasn't very friendly—perhaps she was having a rough day. However, the lady working on the floor was incredibly sweet, skilled, and provided outstanding customer service. She did her job exceptionally well. Keep up the great work!
I take my dad here a few times a week because he really enjoys it. I think the food is great as well! However, the Luann special is a bit overpriced; it’s just too much! Many seniors dine there on a fixed budget, and I believe that the price increase can be a burden for them. It’s not about the food itself, but the rising costs. You have an excellent chef on Wednesdays and Fridays; you can definitely notice the difference when you visit on those days!
