フィードバックを提供するPaid for three breast only got two. Just a common accident in a fast food other that that it was good courteous service
I had ordered online, my order said 6:28pm it would be ready, it wasn?t ready when I went to pick it up, they told me 15 to 20 min. I went home and waited 30 more min and when I went back i still had to wait 20 more min. Ridiculous!!
The food is delicious, and you won't have to wait long for it to be served.
The waitstaff were incredibly courteous and made every effort to deliver fresh, hot meals promptly. It was the best service I have experienced in a long time!
The online ordering system is terrible. Several of my friends have tried to place orders online at the KFC in Grenada, Mississippi, only to have their orders canceled right after they placed them, and they haven’t received any refunds. This can’t be just a coincidence happening so often. On top of that, KFC just doesn’t compare to Zaxby’s. I’ve decided I won’t be eating at KFC again. That’s it.
