Five Guys - Houston

I usually love five guys, but today I decided to order it from the door, I tracked my order and the drive delivered it fast. Unfortunately, when I received my order, everything was freezing and my milkshake was only milk, I am disappointed in the quality of the food I received, I will never order again from this place!!!

The food was really fresh and delicious. We had 15 people, and they put all the burgers in their pockets and had sorted them out what was anger. Apart from that, it was pretty good. Food: 5/5

Had to be the worst experience we've ever had with a Five Guys! All three employees worked so rudely, my husband asked what comes on a Bacon Cheeseburger and the rude woman said: “H meat and bacon what else” and the cook huffing and puffing he had to cook the food and then throw the frits in the pocket. It is very sad that this is how customers are treated, they will not be our business again, that is safe!

Besides a great comic bookshop. Good food and much more fries then I thought, but it was great for the kids.

I had been watching online fast food reviews and remembered this place had awesome fries. My wife wants to go to in out, but I HATE their garbage fries. The fries at five guys are soooo much better, and the burger is pretty comparable. It may be a little bit expensive- but we went 3 people 3 burgers, 2 drinks, and one regular fry and that fed everyone. Not too bad for $38. AC not quite as comfortable as we'd like, but I think I made a fan of my wife and we'll be back!
