Dish Society - Houston

Garnel and geese have no taste! a small band of hard burnt speck. today was my birthday and I just wanted to pamper myself and young I was wrong! ordered online and had to wait more time than they were not even busy. only lazy and not since dringiness. even the attitude of the cooker seemed like she didn't even want to work today.

So my first visit was on 1/29/22 and I have to say I loved it. scenery was amazing. this new beignets OMGGG..so amazing and I'm not a big baked eater, but this will be my new favorites guilty. I had the garnel and grits for my meal. the grits, perfectly cooked, as well as the garnels. the only complaining was eating not hot. it was more on the warm side as if it had been sitting, but we only waited 10 minutes before eating out so I don't believe it. When I tried to go back to 1/29, I had to go back and try this place again, so today went back, 1/31/22, but this time I got the deconstructed chicken potcake.: no fan and I love some potcake. kartoffeln were hard and taste was simply not there. total good place. I would stick to the brunch menu.

Absolutely delicious! They nailed the flavor in these dishes. We had the pineapple shrimp tacos, brisket stuffed sweet potato the ancho chicken bowl and each one was a delectable meal. Adorable place, clean and friendly staff too.

Visited @finnhallhou which is a perfect spot for either breakfast, brunch , lunch or dinner and is located in downtown Houston.I had breakfast at @dishsociety and ordered their BRISKET N’ EGGS which is a house favorite and consists of smoked chopped brisket with tomatillo relish (so good pickled onions, fried corn kernels, and two sunny side eggs served on top of smoked gouda grits.Check out my IG @letstraveleatrepeat for more of my experience.

The deconstructed chicken pot pie was awesome! The servers were so kind as well.
