Chipotle Mexican Grill - Houston

15-20 minute wait, staff is horrible. Beyond small portions, no professionalism. Manager ? NO WHERE TO BE FOUND ?!!? HORRIBLE SERVICE. Cold food being served.

Would give this place negative 5 stars if it was an option. Do not go here, worst chipotle I have ever been to and I have given it around 10 chances now to change my mind. Just moved across the street from this location and loved how close it was to me but every time I go they short me on ingredients to the point where my burrito bowl is not even half way full. Today I asked for white rice and got the smallest scoop put in my bowl, when I asked for a little more I was told it would be extra even though they barely put any in to begin with. Ordering online is a nightmare and you will also get the tiniest bowl or burrito, not worth the money. I will be driving to any other chipotle than walking here. Their meat also tastes gross and is super dry. Do better chipotle.

Im not eating here anymore. Your order is always 30 minutes late from the promised time. Whole entrees get forgotten about. Guac just ends up being unripe avocado halves that are inedible. Chicken is burnt. Either go to the one in downtown, or drive to the heights. Free guac and entrees are meaningless if it means I have to keep eating here.

This location is trash when it comes to ordering through the app. They can't get anything right. Complaint after Complaint. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION unless you go in-person. Horrible. I can't have it my way it's there way.....basically!!!! This location needs to be shut down or revamped or something.

Do not order pickup at this place. even if they plan a pick-up time, they will not adhere to the scheduled date. they will prioritize the purchases in the load. my friend went to pick up the order and tried to stand in to see if they would make time for our order that we planned 20 minutes before, but they wouldn't. that doesn't make any sense, and our food was in the car and I already paid online so I couldn't cancel the order. I'm going to other Chipotle locations and pickup orders have never been a problem. it doesn't matter to wait up to 15 minutes after a scheduled time, but my friend waited 30 minutes after the scheduled time. it took 50 minutes to make 2 burritos. not sure why they couldn't do ours if we waited in the business in mind (what we don't have to). as always, if they order from this place, they simply go personally. Maybe my pick-up experience wasn't the norm, but I don't risk it again.
