Bullritos - Houston

I ordered two crispy veggie tacos ($3 each) through the Ritual app and selected a few toppings for each. Unfortunately, when I received my order, there was no filling inside the tacos—just the toppings. It was clear that no one paid attention while preparing my food. Although they greeted me with "Welcome to Bullritos" as I entered, it felt insincere, especially given the disappointing experience. After reading other reviews, it's clear I'm not the only one who feels this way. Perhaps they assumed that since it was a Ritual order, I wouldn't be a returning customer. This level of service is unacceptable.

Great place to grab a quick lunch in the tunnels. The staff is friendly, and the portion sizes are generous. The line moves quickly during the lunch rush.

I absolutely love this place! They serve generous portions, and I really enjoy the flavors of all their ingredients, including the sauces and beans. If you're a fan of Chipotle, you should definitely give this chain a try. It's a true paradise for vegetable lovers!

This is a really solid burrito place. I'm already a huge fan of Chipotle and Cabo Bob's (in Austin), so I'm glad to have discovered Bullritos. I love their corn and cilantro aioli, and I also love how they have different flavors of tortillas. I would come again for sure!
