The Lord Nelson - HOUNSLOW

The staff at the Lord Nelson were delightful, the food was scrumptious, and we had a fantastic evening. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

We spent Christmas Eve at this restaurant with approximately 25 family members of varying ages, and we had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was fantastic, particularly as we sat in the cozy beer garden. Though we mainly ordered drinks, we also got some food which was delicious. The only thing that could have improved our experience was if there was some Christmas music playing.

Great pub good staff good food and great atmosphere. A real joy to visit always wants to return two meat friends old and new.

I recently dined at the Lord Nelson based on a recommendation, and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. I made a reservation for 17 people to celebrate my birthday, and we were required to pre-order our meals due to the size of our group. This actually made things much easier when we arrived. The staff promptly seated us at our table, allowed us time to settle in, and then inquired about our needs and preferred timing for our meals. The starters and main courses were served all at once, ensuring that everyone had their food at the same time. There was also a suitable break between courses. The pub itself is charming, both inside and out (the garden is beautifully decorated with fairy lights and equipped with heaters, blankets, and hot water bottles for cooler weather). The menu offered a variety of delicious options, and everyone in our group was satisfied with their meal choices, which is rare for a large group. We will definitely be returning soon.

Lovely friendly welcome and completely knowledgable about Gluten free! So great to sit in the beautiful garden with friends and have dinner and drinks. Really impressed that they could cater for me as a coeliac and couldn’t do enough to accommodate.
