Steak & Lobster Heathrow - HOUNSLOW

This hotel is very close to Heathrow Airport and there is a free bus that will take you to and from the hotel.

Nice hotel Way fancier than what I needed for my 15 hour overnight layover The staff was very courteous and professional.

The hotel itself is your typical 3 star hotelNothing great, nothing too badWe were stuck at Heathrow (seems to happen every year)BA put us up here.

Excellent service from start to finish Christina who served us was lovely she was friendly, polite and attentive she gave exceptional customer service recommending a lovely passion fruit cocktail. Unfortunately we were not able to pay the service charge this time round round but that surely was not due to my partner and I faulting the service which we recieved.

Excellent meal and service. Definitely worth a visit and thanks to our server Christina, what a lovely person, so friendly and welcoming
