フィードバックを提供するThe staff at this restaurant showed no interest in the customers, and the restroom was in a terrible condition. I would give this place zero stars if I could.
There was a rat in the Starbucks on Chiswick High Road. I informed the manager, but the lady was too busy serving customers. I managed to film the rat, which was disgusting.
I ordered two Matt black cold cups through the Starbucks App for pick-up at the Chiswick location, but was informed that they were out of stock. I spoke with a helpful gentleman named Antoine who said he would order them for me. After about 5 days, I called back and spoke to the Manager, Lewis, who informed me that they were still out of stock everywhere. I was given a refund and Lewis also gave me two vouchers for a free beverage. I was disappointed that the App allowed me to pay for cups that were not available in most stores, and that I could still order them on the App despite being told they were out of stock when I called the store. Thanks to Lewis' help, I am giving this branch 3 stars, otherwise I would have rated Starbucks overall as 1 star due to the App malfunction.
All evening after 5pm local school kids descend on the shop and treat it like a youth club. They don’t buy anything and make it impossible to achieve any work. Try Nero next door.
First time to visit the Is new starbucks. Clean, spacious and ample seating. Only improvement needed is additional toilet! After going in with my toddler which always takes longer a man was banging on the door to be let in and was equally as rude as we exited!
