Hot Plate Buffet - HOUNSLOW

My partner and I went to this restaurant for a meal. We were excited for a buffet-style dinner. The restaurant advertised over 40 dishes from Indian, Chinese, and continental cuisines, but we were not impressed. The Chinese dish was only fried rice, the continental option was bolognese, and there were only 5 curry and rice dishes. We were very disappointed with the limited selection for the price of 16 pounds each. We ended up leaving without eating.

I have enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at this restaurant while staying at the hotel. The food is very tasty and fresh. They also have a small bar where you can enjoy beer and other drinks. The service is fast and the food is delicious.

This restaurant was a disaster, the food was not edible at all. It's best not to say much about it because that says it all. A new idea might be to try serving everything ice-cold, but the taste is far from appetizing. And as for the selection of dishes, there's not much to say.

Tonight there was a family contract, but was extremely disappointed. on the first look it seemed nice decor and beautifully presented eating. the food was inadequate. some dishes were bland and tasteless, others overcooked the worst sushi I ever had! the service was very good, attentive and efficient, but could not have been worth for food that it would not have been worth half price. as a native I feel that they really missed a trick here, I will certainly not go back.

To start, the photos on the Park Grand Hotel's website and other sites do not accurately represent the restaurant and the food they serve. The hotel's air conditioning was not functioning properly. Additionally, the bottles of mineral water brought to our table were warm.
