I would like to extend a big thank you to Carlos for his friendly and genuine customer service. After he processed our payment for two drinks with a smile, we boarded our flight when my cousin suddenly remembered she had left her jacket on the chair. Carlos answered our call and kindly offered to bring the jacket to the entrance of the plane without hesitation. This amazing gesture clearly came from the heart, rather than any training.

Seby is a culinary artist and an exceptional host. He made us feel incredibly welcome and relieved us of the stress caused by our travel difficulties.
