Bayou Delight - Houma

Don't get shrimp an okra gumbo, three lil shrimp in one bowl, five lil shrimp in my bowl, they don't pay attention to what they're putting in?

Small grilled shrimp salad $16, ridiculous. Menu says “large”. Cheap bottle of water $2.49.

For as long as this place has been around, it has no tarnish. Excellent service excellent food in a clean, comfortable atmosphere.

Nice lil country restaurant. Will have to go back and try some more dishes. Nice wait staff.

The food was excellent. I highly recommend the fried alligator, either as an appetizer or as a meal. Our waitress was awesome. We've the atmosphere here and enjoy seeing the live alligators directly outside the restaurant in the bayou.
