Pete Shorty's Express - Hot Springs

This place is definitely a winner. I had the upgraded (charged) famous roasted pork fillet sandwich with the Potasta salad, (which is a mixture of potato salad and pasta salad with a Mayo base). For a food truck, this place is top Notch, with a large area of covered seating, attentive pagers that let you know when your food is ready and a location right in the center of the city. The menu seemed to have a great variety, including salads. I got my food fast and it was all less than $7. I'm back!

I really enjoyed the Shepherds Pie I am a big guy not that I eat a lot! But her shepherds filled Pie and served hot!! I recommend Pete Shorty's!! Update 2/15/20 spaghetti and meatballs today! Monga!!!!

My husband and I dined here today for the first time. The BLT sandwich was to die for and I ate the Southwest grilled chicken wrap and OMG it's very filling too. We also had two soups one was Ham and Bean and the second one was Splitpea and Ham. We will be back again. And the staff was very nice and friendly to.

GREAT homemade food! I got their daily special Spaghetti and I loved how perfectly the noodles were cooked and how tender their meatballs were! Very homemade taste! My wife got a 4pack of their sliders with cheese, and although there isn't fries to go along side them, they were cooked perfectly along with the carmalized sauteed onions. I ordered their rootbeer float and it came as a cup of ice cream and a bottled rootbeer which was great as you could do it yourself. They packaged everything great for on the go! I can't express how much i enjoyed my experience here!

Tried Pete and Shorty is for the first time today. Wife and daughter had soup and half-sandwich (ham and cheese with loaded potato) and I had the pork plierloin deluxe with cardiovascular. Food was really good and delicious. The rice was a pleasant surprise and I see why people roast on ham and beans. My sandwich was so advertised. Everyone was happy with the meal.
