If you're in search of authentic Mexican cuisine—rather than the Tex-Mex dishes we've all become accustomed to—Las Americas is the place for you. This is what real food tastes like in Mexico!

Perfect! Without a doubt, this is the best, most affordable, and most authentic Mexican food around for miles! It's true comfort food, incredibly fresh and flavorful. As someone from Southern California, this place reminds me of home. The chilaquiles for breakfast are absolutely delicious, and the shrimp ceviche tostadas, especially with the extra fresh avocado, are amazing! It's our family's favorite spot. Just close your eyes and pick anything off the menu; I promise you won't be disappointed!

Very good authentic Mexican! We had a group of six and all enjoyed. If Tex-Mex is your thing, shop else where, but I recommend this to any one.

Great authentic Mexican food. Notice I said AUTHENTIC. I think it's fair to say that the people that voted against this place are used to the usual tex mex that you can find everywhere else in town. If you're idea of mexican food is ground beef covered in cheese dip, then go else where. Viva Las Americas! Also, for dessert I recommend going to Nom Noms right up the road where they have HOMEMADE paletas (mexican ice cream bars) and 56 other favors of homemade ice cream, as well as some Mexican fare of their own.

Excellent and Authentic. Wonderful authentic Mexican food in this very casual environment. Try the barbacoa I crave it!
