Embassy Suites By Hilton Hot Springs

I booked my room online and selected my room. Before arriving to the hotel my room was changed. Upon checking in we could tell someone has sat on the bed and used a towel. The rooms are old and outdated, the carpet is stained and bath has rust spots. I asked the young lady at the front desk why was our room changed. She stated someone on the day shift did it and she was trying to figure out why. The dining experience was the best. We stayed at the Embassy Hot Springs. Ms. Vee and Ms.Weezie were very friendly and funny. The omelets were delicious, I don’t eat pork and Ms. Vee was able to accommodate me.

My husband and I stayed last weekend and had a great time. The breakfast was ok but the people that worked in the area were such friendly sweet people. One lady named Weezie saw that one of the fans was blowing on a little girl sitting and eating breakfast and immediately went to turn the fan off of her without anyone saying a word. She was so attentive to the needs of those there. They made us feel like family. We will be staying there again! Thank you for going above and beyond with the service.

Stayed for the night for work and had a really good night sleep. Room was clean. Water was nice and hot. Bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and everyone we encountered was extremely nice. I have to highlight Ms. V for her fabulous made to order omelet and her sunny personality. My wife admired a little duck sitting at the counter while placing her order, and Ms V was gracious enough to let her take the duck. Just really made her day. I also want to point out Weezie. She came over and made sure everything was good with us during breakfast. Checked up on us and made sure everything was clean in the breakfast area. She even left us another little duck to continue to spread the joy.

Our first impression was at the check-in counter. Mo was very helpful in getting us a room that met our needs. She deserves special recognition!! Our room was nice and clean with a nice view of the mountains. The evening manager's reception and breakfast were wonderful.
