フィードバックを提供するI ordered two pizzas at 11:30, but they never arrived despite calling the restaurant and being told they were on their way. This store has a history of getting orders wrong, so I wouldn't recommend it. There are other pizza places in Horsham that are cheaper and more reliable, so I suggest trying those instead.
The food from the Southwater outlet was absolutely awful. It seems like they can't even manage to deliver a pizza on time. The food was cold and not worth the money. The staff clearly need proper training on cooking and ensuring the food is hot. Thankfully, we were able to order KFC through Deliveroo instead.
Every time I have ordered pizza from Domino's Horsham, it has been a disappointment. The first time, it took an hour and a half to arrive, only to be told that the driver got into a fight with another customer and returned our order to the store without offering any compensation. The second time, the pizza was wrong and despite sending a photo as requested, they said the only way to get a refund (in store credit) was to bring the incorrect pizza back to the store for them to photograph and send to Head Office for review. I would recommend avoiding this place.
I ordered some food on Friday night and ordered some cookies as well and I thought I would save them for the next day but when I did open the box up they were burnt I sent an email to the store no response considering they say the it is the quickest way to a get a response they lied so I sent an email to the customer service still no response so if I was you I wouldn’t bother ordering from here, the only thing that was a nice was the delivery driver she was really nice and polite. Considering they have a quality control check they failed even I wouldn’t send a customer burnt food and I’ve been a chef for over 15 years, they will most probably say it isn’t there but I still have the cookies in the box so they can’t lie to me. Definitely go some where else Horsham dominos has gone down hill
Food arrived swimming in grease. Phones up and manager tried to justify it. She said I will get a refund 5-7 working days but it’s been nearly 3 weeks and nothing! I will be taking this further
