Byrne Dairy And Deli - Horseheads

This restaurant is poorly managed and often faces various issues, with many menu items frequently unavailable. A number of the staff members are unwelcoming and seem to lack basic customer service skills. In the future, I will choose to go to Dandy Mini Mart, which is much better organized.

I went to the restaurant excited to enjoy my favorite flavor, Orange Pineapple. Unfortunately, the staff seemed uninterested and looked busy without accomplishing much. They were cleaning already clean counters instead of engaging with customers. I thought about asking a question but ended up feeling overlooked. I cannot recommend this place.

It appears there was a mix-up with the extra topping on my pizza, which resulted in my $60 order being overlooked. I recommend that management consider enhancing their staff training in basic common sense and customer service skills.

I enjoyed a Reuben yesterday, and it was overflowing with meat! Terry clearly put a lot of care into it! On top of that, I received a complimentary cookie! The service was quick, and everything tasted fresh!

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly and attentive. The gas station is clean and well-kept, and the interior is just as spotless. The sandwich station is fantastic—far superior to Subway; I can't get enough! They may be a bit slow at the moment, but I believe some of the employees are still adjusting to their positions, so their speed should improve over time. I highly recommend this place!
