Starbucks - Horn Lake

Very clean, the displays are always very tidy and consistent changing. The workers were busy, but very polite. The surrounding music was very neutral and suitable for the atmosphere. My drink was made fast (Caffe Mocha) and I tried the dark chocolate espresso beans. The living area was very tidy and tidy. I also find it respectable to offer recycling options in your company.

You always have the best attitude. Even short employees, they trained people. And push commands pretty fast. We love coming here.

This Starbucks was busier than any I’ve ever seen. The young lady who took my order was very polite, but there was a mix-up with my order, and no one—absolutely no one—seemed to know what was happening, except for me and my colleague. During the transaction, I noticed her eyes rolled back in her head, and when she attempted to leave, she stumbled and ended up rushing behind the counter. I tried to help her, but she collapsed before I could reach her. I believe that management and staff should be better trained to handle emergencies like this. I’m just grateful that my colleague and I chose Starbucks this morning! I called later in the evening and was relieved to hear that she was okay.

Sometimes, you just really need a Starbucks to power through the rest of your workday.

The wait time is excessively long. It would be beneficial to hire more staff, as it's essential to recognize that customers value their time.
