Rally's Hamburgers - Hopkinsville

This was my first time visiting a Rally's, and I had a great experience. The service was quick and welcoming. The food was tasty, and their fries were absolutely delicious!

Who are you to tell someone what they can and can’t smoke in their own car while using the drive-thru? That note was incredibly unprofessional and really out of line! People will do what they want, and there’s nothing you can do to change that.

The food is decent, but the portions are lacking. I ordered a large fries, but it was about the same size as a McDonald's small fry. When I usually get a large combo, the drink is always only half full. Then I was told that refills aren't allowed. I don't want a refill; I just want the rest of the drink I paid for.

We don't eat a lot of fast food so we rarely go to Rallys. Rallys is a place we go to occasionally to get some cheap food such as the 2 for 4 Fish Sandwiches. We do like their seasoned fries. The reason that I'm giving this fast food place 5 stars isbecause their service is consistent compared to other fast food places because the order is always right so we never have anycomplaints.

I had a Toasted Marshmallow Latte and a Breakfast Burrito, and I can't stop raving about them. They were absolutely delicious!
