フィードバックを提供するThis was the worst store I’ve been too, ordered 3 coffees got 2 of them wrong ask them to remake it and told them how I wanted it again 4 times and still missed the caramel in my caramel iced coffee, told them I didn’t want a mocha latte just mocha iced coffee and still got a latte forgot my 3rd coffee and my bagels sat at the window for 20 min, I get being understaffed, I’m a manager at Popeyes but that was ridiculous
I absolutely love the manager here! She's super sweet and always has a smile on her face even when other customers are giving her a hard time. They always get my order correct and the employees are really nice as well!
I don't even see how this **** hole is still open! It must be giver ment subsidized! The idiots that work in there are literally retarded!
It's a mixed bag here. You never know if they are going to make your order right. Regularly have a 10+ minute wait in the drive-thru. They often hand out drinks for mobile orders and then don't give me my food until I get their attention again to ask for it, like they don't actually see my order. I've gotten great service and also poor service. But I love Dunkin, and Starbucks burns their coffee, so I keep going back to Dunkin... maybe one day this place will get a good team of employees.
I’ve never had so many things go wrong in a fast food restaurant. Making your customers use a kiosk to order their food when half the items you have are sold out, and the kiosk doesn’t indicate so. Then when asking for a replacement, we had to get a refund and go back to the kiosk to order something different because there was a small price difference. Too many things to list but To top it off, my latte tasted like gasoline. Over all, terrible experience.
